Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the medium head of cabbage into thin strips and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté 3-4 minced garlic cloves for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine and allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and stir until completely melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and if desired, add a squeeze of lemon juice.
