- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 23x33 cm baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, crushed Ritz crackers, onion soup mix, and eggs. Mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and form a compact layer. Spread the ketchup-barbecue mixture on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Cook the macaroni noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, about 7-8 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Whisk together whole milk and the condensed cheddar cheese soup. Fold in macaroni and shredded cheeses.
- After 30 minutes of baking, remove the meatloaf and spoon the cheese mixture over it. Sprinkle additional cheese on top and bake for another 17-20 minutes.
