- Begin by preheating your toaster or a skillet over medium heat. Toast three slices of your chosen bread until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- In a large skillet, cook the crispy bacon over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease.
- Take one slice of the toasted bread and spread mayonnaise on one side. Layer it with sliced turkey and two strips of crispy bacon.
- Top the turkey and bacon with fresh lettuce leaves and slices of ripe tomato. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Place the second slice of toasted bread on top, spread more mayonnaise, then add remaining turkey and bacon, topping with another layer of lettuce and tomato.
