- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the lean ground beef and pork sausage until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the chopped pepperoni, flour, and 3 tsp of Italian seasoning with the cooked meat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the tomato basil pasta sauce and stir until it comes to a gentle boil, about 2 minutes.
- Spread the meat mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with 1½ cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Unroll the pizza crust dough over the cheese, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with remaining Italian seasoning, ½ cup of mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
