Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth and creamy and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large salad bowl, add chopped chicken, romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers, Kalamata olives, and red onion. If desired, crumble feta over the top.
  3. Drizzle the tzatziki sauce over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine without over-mixing.
