Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and almonds.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas, then mix in coconut sugar, oil, plant milk, vanilla, and vinegar until combined.
- Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle extra chopped almonds on top.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
