  • ½ cup White Chocolate Chips Optional for less sweet finish.

Equipment

  • 9x13-inch pan
  • Mixing bowl
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Beat 8 oz of room temperature cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually mix in one 3.4 oz package of vanilla instant pudding mix and 2 cups of cold milk until well combined, then gently fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip.
  2. Spread a thin layer of Cool Whip on the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Arrange a layer of graham crackers over the Cool Whip, then pour half of the creamy pudding mixture over them. Top with fresh sliced strawberries and blueberries, and repeat the layers.
  3. Cover the pan tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors meld and soften the graham crackers.
  4. Melt ½ cup of white chocolate chips, drizzle over the top of the chilled cake, cut into squares, and serve cold garnished with additional berries if desired.
