Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Drain the sauerkraut in a fine mesh strainer and rinse under cold water if it tastes too salty. Let it drain completely.

  3. Mix the sauerkraut and red onion together thoroughly using a large spoon for about 1-2 minutes.
