  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing

  5. Add uncooked pasta, ensuring it's submerged in liquid. Increase heat to simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Once pasta is al dente, adjust sauce consistency with more broth or cream if needed. Finish with parsley and Parmesan.
