Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crumbled feta, dill, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo pastry, brush with olive oil, and layer a second sheet.
  4. Cut the layered phyllo into long strips about 3 inches wide.
  5. At one end of each strip, place about a tablespoon of filling and roll tightly.
  6. Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet with space between each.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Prepare the chili honey drizzle by heating honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice.
  10. Drizzle warm chili honey over the baked rolls before serving.
