Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened unsalted butter with basil pesto until fully incorporated.

  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle minced garlic around the fillets and sauté for about 1 minute.
  6. Spread the pesto butter generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes.
