  • 1 cup Mozzarella Pearls shredded mozzarella can be used

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, and seasonings until well blended. Form into 1.5 inch meatballs.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil and cook meatballs for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In a large pot, boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Add broccoli about 2 minutes before pasta is done.
  4. Drain pasta and broccoli and return to pot. Add cooked meatballs and basil pesto sauce, stir to combine.
  5. Add mozzarella pearls and stir for 1 additional minute until melted and combined.
  6. Serve the pasta in warm bowls while hot, optionally pairing with a side salad or garlic bread.
