Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your pie dish by greasing if necessary.
  2. Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish, pressing gently against the sides.
  3. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet and add the ground beef. Cook until browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes until softened.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, then fold in the sautéed beef and onion mixture with half the shredded cheese.
