Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Bake chicken for 20–25 minutes or air fry for 10–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Chop romaine lettuce, red onion, avocado, green onions, cilantro, carrots, and jalapeño in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, avocado oil, ground ginger, garlic powder, cayenne powder, chili powder, and salt until smooth.
  4. Once chicken is cooked, dice it and toss with the spicy honey sauce.
  5. Mix the coated chicken into the bowl of vegetables and drizzle with dressing and lime juice. Toss lightly.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for a refreshing meal.
