- Fill a highball glass or a champagne flute with ice cubes, adding 4-5 fresh cranberries on top for color and flavor.
- Pour in the unsweetened cranberry juice and fresh-squeezed orange juice until the glass is about two-thirds full. Add a splash of simple syrup and stir gently for about 10 seconds.
- Slowly layer the chilled sparkling water on top of the juice mixture. Use a lifting and folding motion to preserve carbonation.
- Garnish with a thin slice of orange and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
