Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing and peeling two crisp cucumbers. Chop them into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  2. In a smoothie blender, combine the chopped cucumbers, fresh lime juice, and half a cup of cold water or ice. Blend on high for about 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Taste the smoothie and add up to 1/8 cup of honey or your preferred sweetener if desired. Blend again briefly.
  4. If too thick, add more water or ice to achieve the desired texture and blend again.
  5. Pour into tall, chilled glasses and garnish with a lime wedge or mint sprig if desired. Serve immediately.
