Instructions
  1. Begin by washing and drying the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces, then slice the cucumber and tomatoes into small cubes. Dice the ripe avocado just before using to prevent browning.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the chopped romaine, cucumber, diced tomatoes, and avocado. Ensure that all vegetables are evenly distributed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the fresh herbs, garlic, lemon juice, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and olive oil. Mix until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the Green Goddess Dressing over the vegetable mixture in the large bowl. Toss the salad until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top of the tossed salad for added crunch and visual appeal. Serve immediately.
