  • 1 cup Apple Cider Star ingredient
  • 0.5 cup Chicken Broth or White Wine Vegetable broth can be used as substitute
For the Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary 1 tsp equals 2 tbsp dried
  • to taste teaspoon Spices Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Fresh Thyme

Instructions
  1. Prepare Chicken: Season bone-in chicken thighs with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and fresh thyme. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear Chicken: Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat skillet, add olive oil, and sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Roast Chicken: Transfer skillet to oven and roast chicken for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Sauté Aromatics: Remove chicken, add butter to skillet, then onions and apples. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Deglaze and Make Sauce: Add garlic, then apple cider and broth. Stir in Dijon mustard and scrape pan.
  6. Finish Sauce: Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened. Use a cornstarch slurry if needed.
  7. Serve: Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and serve warm with sides.
