For Sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract omit if a simpler taste is desired
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or honey or agave syrup

Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, scoop approximately 1 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt. Add 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate protein powder, followed by 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
  2. Using a whisk, vigorously mix all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill.
  4. Scoop out portions into dessert dishes and optionally top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and fresh berries.
