Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray an inverted muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Drape wonton wrappers over muffin tin cups to form taco shapes and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat and cook diced chicken for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until coated.
  5. In a bowl, mix coleslaw mix, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey.
  6. Fill baked wonton shells with glazed chicken and top with the slaw and sweet chili sauce.
