- In a small bowl, combine dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and mirin. Whisk until well blended and set aside.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add sliced onions and minced garlic; sauté for about 1.5 minutes.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the browned beef, stirring to coat. Allow it to bubble and thicken for 2-3 minutes.
- Push the beef mixture to one side of the skillet. Pour enough water to cover the bottom and place the ramen noodles in.
- Cook the ramen noodles for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender.
- Add bean sprouts to the skillet and stir into the noodle mixture. Cook for an additional minute.
- Scoop the noodles into bowls and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
