- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing it lightly or lining a baking sheet with foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to your prepared loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on the lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients. Brush half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake the loaf for 45 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Brush the remaining glaze over the top and continue baking if necessary.
- Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
