  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Equipment

  • Loaf pan
  • Mixing bowl
  • Meat thermometer

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing it lightly or lining a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to your prepared loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on the lined baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients. Brush half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake the loaf for 45 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Brush the remaining glaze over the top and continue baking if necessary.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
