  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger (grated) Use ground ginger in half the amount if fresh isn't available.
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced) Fresh garlic recommended for best flavor.
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions (chopped) Adds a refreshing touch.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In your slow cooker, add the frozen meatballs along with the chopped pineapple. Spread evenly.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the grated ginger and minced garlic into the sauce mixture, stirring well.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs and pineapple in the slow cooker. Toss gently.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours until heated through.
  6. Once cooked, stir again and serve over rice, garnished with chopped green onions.
