Instructions
  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add rolled oats and cocoa powder. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Pour the peanut butter mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Add Optional Chocolate Chips: Fold in choc chips if desired, mixing gently.
  5. Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and press mixture evenly into the dish.
  6. Chill to Set: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Cut and Serve: Once chilled, remove bars from dish and slice into bars.
