Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Grate 1 to 2 large potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture until dry.

  6. Return the crispy hash browns to the skillet and toss them together with the cabbage.
  7. Sprinkle grated Irish cheddar cheese over the top, cover, and let cook for 2-3 minutes until melted.
