Method
 

Steps
  1. Marinate the shrimp in a bowl with jerk sauce and adobo seasoning. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot. Add penne pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté the marinated shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté crushed garlic and chopped bell peppers over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and add seasonings. Simmer for 5 minutes until thick.
  6. Stir in cheeses until melted and well blended.
  7. Combine shrimp and pasta with the creamy sauce and toss well.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.
