Preparation Steps

  3. Slice the mushrooms into even pieces and toss in the marinade until coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly with oil.
  5. Spread the marinated mushrooms in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Roast the mushrooms for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Let the mushrooms rest for 5 minutes after removing from the oven.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley before serving.
