Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, and black pepper. Stir until honey dissolves.
- Slice the mushrooms into even pieces and toss in the marinade until coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly with oil.
- Spread the marinated mushrooms in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast the mushrooms for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let the mushrooms rest for 5 minutes after removing from the oven.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley before serving.
