  2. Let your pizza dough rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes, then stretch it to your desired size and thickness.
  3. Spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese over the dough, then add shredded mozzarella, and optionally sprinkle grated Parmesan.
  4. Arrange the beef prosciutto over the cheese layers and scatter fresh oregano leaves on top.
  5. Whisk together honey, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, and balsamic vinegar until smooth to make the hot honey mixture.
  6. Transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone and bake for 8 to 12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Drizzle the hot honey mixture over the pizza in the final minute of baking.
