  • 1 tsp Paprika Use smoked paprika for a bolder taste.
  • Salt and Pepper Adjust to taste.
For the Finish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your baking sheet and all ingredients.
  2. Wash the bell peppers, red onion, broccoli florets, zucchini, and baby potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Slice the Italian sausage into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl with the vegetables.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
