  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 each Lime zest and juice

  1. Prepare the Mango Salsa by combining diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and cilantro. Season with salt, cover, and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Make the Lime-Chili Sauce by whisking together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, chili powder, lime zest, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  3. Cook the Shrimp by patting dry, seasoning with chili powder, salt, and pepper, then searing in olive oil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Assemble the Bowls by placing a scoop of rice or quinoa in each bowl, layering on shrimp, avocado slices, and mango salsa.
