- Slice the beef into thin strips, about ¼ inch thick. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the beef and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Push the beef to one side of the pan. In the cleared space, add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Stir everything together and continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the veggies are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch until smooth. Pour this over the beef and vegetables in the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat. Serve immediately over rice or noodles and enjoy!
