Preparation
  1. Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain.
  2. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
Mixing Sauce

  1. Place the sliced beef in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
Thickening Sauce
