  • 1 cup Frank's Buffalo Hot Sauce Essential for that spicy kick.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing Blue cheese dressing is a classic alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used as an alternative.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika adds more flavor.
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese A mix of cheddar and mozzarella recommended.
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Butter Use herbed olive oil for a lighter choice.

  • Mixing bowl
  • Oven
  • Parchment paper

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with Frank's hot sauce, ranch dressing, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until well-coated.
  3. Place the bottom halves of slider buns in the prepared baking dish, ensuring they sit snugly together.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture over the bottom halves of the buns and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the chicken and cheese mixture, pressing down gently.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of the buns.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let the sliders cool slightly before cutting into individual sliders and serve hot.
