  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots Shredded
  • 1 bunch Scallions Chopped
  • 1 piece Egg Soft-boiled if desired
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds For topping
  • 1 sheet Seaweed

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Chicken: Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and ginger in a bowl. Coat sliced chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken strips for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Prepare the Bibim Sauce: Mix gochujang, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, pear, garlic, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Adjust flavors to taste.
  4. Cook the Noodles: Boil somyeon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  5. Combine & Serve: Toss noodles with bibim sauce. Top with sliced chicken and garnish with vegetables, sesame seeds, and soft-boiled egg.
