  • 1 cup Green Onions Chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 count Jalapeño Finely chopped, adjust for heat
  • ¼ cup Sugar Reduce based on fruit sweetness
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
For Serving
  • 1 box Crackers Buttery options like Ritz or Wheat Thins

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Rinse 2 cups of fresh cranberries under cold water and coarsely chop in a food processor.
  2. In the food processor, add chopped green onions, cilantro, jalapeño, sugar, cumin, lemon juice, and salt. Pulse to combine.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  4. Spread 8 ounces of softened cream cheese on a serving platter.
  5. Carefully spoon the chilled cranberry-jalapeño mixture over the cream cheese.
  6. Chill the dip for at least one more hour before serving.
  7. Let dip sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving.
