Preparation
  1. Prep the Salmon: Flake canned salmon or cook fresh salmon until flaky, then cool and shred.
  2. Make the Salmon Mixture: In a bowl, mix salmon, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, parsley, lemon juice, and breadcrumbs until combined.
  3. Shape the Cakes: Form the mixture into four patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  4. Cook the Salmon Cakes: Heat oil in a skillet and cook each patty for 4-5 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Make the Sriracha Aioli: Whisk mayonnaise, sriracha, lemon juice, and grated garlic until smooth.
  6. Serve: Transfer cakes to a plate, and serve warm with sriracha aioli.
