  5. Spread the rice evenly in the prepared baking dish, pressing down to compact.
  6. In a bowl, mix diced salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, and green onions until combined.
  7. Spread the salmon mixture over the rice layer in the baking dish.
