  • 2 tbl Vegetable Oil For cooking.
For Garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut boneless, skinless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
  3. Toss chicken pieces in the marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot and shimmering.
  5. Add marinated chicken to the skillet and sear for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  6. Transfer cooked chicken to a serving dish, allowing sauce to drizzle over.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken for garnish.
  8. Serve over a bed of steamed rice or noodles.
