- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and granulated sugar. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let it froth for 5-10 minutes.
- Add melted unsalted butter, salt, and eggs to the yeast mixture. Gradually stir in flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes.
- Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Mix together softened butter, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon for the cinnamon filling until creamy.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
