  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas Opt for gluten-free tortillas if desired.
  • 3 tablespoons Butter Melted
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon & Sugar Mixture
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Whipped
Topping
  • 2 cups Strawberries Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt butter and brush it over the flour tortillas, then sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture on top.
  3. Cut the tortillas into triangle shapes and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake the chips for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Fold in the whipped heavy cream until light and fluffy.
  7. Mix chopped strawberries with sugar and lemon juice, letting it sit for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Assemble nachos by layering tortilla chips, cheesecake filling, and strawberry mixture on a platter.
  9. Optional: Dust with powdered sugar or add mint leaves for garnish.
