  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
For the Topping
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries or thawed frozen strawberries

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Combine pretzel crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar in a bowl until blended. Press mixture into greased baking dish and bake for about 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  3. In a clean bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth for 3-4 minutes. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  4. Spread cheesecake filling evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
  5. Wash and slice strawberries, and arrange them on top of the cheesecake filling.
  6. Cover and chill bars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Slice bars into squares and serve chilled.
