  • ¾ cup marinara sauce Homemade or store-bought

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or oil.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté for 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  3. Spread ¾ cup of marinara sauce evenly in the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  4. Layer half of the ravioli on top of the marinara sauce in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle half of the sautéed spinach over the ravioli and add a layer of parmesan cheese.
  6. Repeat the layering with the remaining ravioli, marinara sauce, and parmesan cheese, adding cracked pepper.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes if using fresh ravioli, or 30 minutes for frozen.
  8. Remove the foil and return to the oven for an additional 2 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  9. Allow the bake to cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
