Preparation
- Gather all ingredients and drain the canned tuna.
- Combine tuna, panko, green onions, bell pepper, garlic, ginger, egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into patties, about ½ inch thick.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully fry the patties for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Use a slotted spatula to drain excess oil.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and salt for spicy mayo.
- Serve the warm tuna cakes with the spicy mayo on the side.
