Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, sauté for 5-7 minutes until soft. Stir in mushrooms and cook until golden brown. Add spinach and stir until wilted.
