Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine frozen peas, pea shoots, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper. Pulse until you achieve a rough paste.
  2. Preheat your broiler to high. Slice ciabatta bread and arrange on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and broil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Rub cut end of a garlic clove on the toasted ciabatta to impart flavor.
