Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside to heat.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Spread ricotta cheese evenly across the dough, leaving about an inch of crust.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously over the ricotta layer.
  5. Layer thinly sliced prosciutto evenly over the cheese mixture.
  6. Carefully slide the assembled pizza onto the preheated pizza stone.
  7. Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Drizzle hot honey over the pizza once baked and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
