  2. Boil 2 cups of water. Add violet blossoms and steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve.
  3. Combine violet tea and powdered pectin in a clean saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Quickly stir in sugar and lemon juice, then return to a rolling boil for 1-2 minutes until dissolved.
