Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  4. Combine cake mix, melted butter, milk, and salt in a bowl and mix lightly.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the batter, then spoon the macerated strawberries on top.
